Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • 100% Refund – No Guide Allotted: If we are unable to match the Aspirant with a suitable JoSAA Guide before the official last date of choice filling, a full refund will be issued automatically.
  • 100% Refund – Guide No-Show: If the assigned Guide fails to attend the session without informing the POC, and no rescheduling is arranged, a full refund will be provided.
  • 50% Refund – Aspirant Unresponsive: If the Aspirant is unresponsive via the chosen communication medium, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

2. Rescheduling Conditions

Either the Guide or the Aspirant must inform the assigned POC before the scheduled session time. Timely communication allows one free rescheduling without penalty. If not informed, refund terms will apply as stated above.

3. Recording & Proof Requirement

Recordings are optional. However, for any refund request or dispute, valid proof like session screenshots, meeting links, or recordings must be submitted. If not, the request may be denied. Guidefy India reserves final judgment based on logs and submitted data.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Session was conducted as scheduled.
  • Aspirant expresses dissatisfaction post-session.
  • Refund request made after 48 hours of session time.
  • Insufficient or missing proof provided.

5. Dispute Resolution Process

Complaints must be raised within 48 hours. Additional proof may be requested. The final decision lies solely with Guidefy India after assessing all evidence.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method. Guidefy India may decline refunds in case of misuse, policy violation, or unverified claims.
